I agree on the cult aspect of it all. It just seems odd and out of place. The description of an Indigo child feels like a horoscope too. It could apply to anyone who wants to be an Indigo child. I really think it is just a way for "unique" children to try and name themselves into something special so that they feel a purpose in life. A true indigo shouldn't really feel the need to name themselves as an Indigo. Then again, I generally reject that sort of thing and just accept my abilities as what they are. Nothing more and nothing less.
