hmm this one sounds like transitions between different radio frequencies.
it sounds though like there is a pattern in this clip. there is a scratchy high pitch tone that decreases in tone, untill about half way through the clip, and then increases back up again till the end..like there is something changing the frequency back and forth one time - if that makes any sense at all..

I have heard several sessions and recordings from Franks Box events, or as some refer to them as ghost boxes and I have to say that I have never been impressed or compelled to nail it down as any evidence. I have always felt that this specific type of device leaves a certain measure of doubt when it is reviewed. When you capture an EVP out of thin air when no one else is talking, or you capture an infared image you have something that cannot be explained and you can enter it as a solid evidence. However with a ghost box you are just contantly scanning am channels and are picking up stray waves and sounds. If the technology was such where you were scanning empty channels where no other transmissions were broadcasting perhaps in the upper spectrums, then it may be something to really look at. I was actually disappointed when i seen this episode and the use of a ghost box pobably because i had already developed my own opinion of it before i watched it. My thought was that PRS had always run investigations that i felt were handled properly and looked at credible sources and explanations. I feel that this device falls outside of that area. JMO

I don't hear the word help from anyone but the guy.....all I hear is static mostly...except at one part I hear 'I don't think you can hear me...." then the guy's voice cuts it out. One thing people should keep in mind when they do things like EVPs is that you can interrupt them just like you can interrupt real people....less talking....more listening.

Can't make out anything! I hear: "Help, help, yes." I think it's at the very beginning and it's after
hearing Ryan say it and it's barely audible. It's almost at a whisper. The rest sounds like a fast switching of an old radio dial or Transformer robot.
